Mushroom Cream Soup

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahiwabarakatu~~
Alhamdulillah,i would like to share this lil recipe..huhu..recipe from my fiance..:) to the Mushroom Cream Soup loverrr...here we go~~~

Ingredients;

unsalted butter
onion
garlic
shallot
bay leaf
crushed black paper
black mushroom
rosemary
chicken stock
cream(Paul's thickened cream,can get this @ supasave or hua ho)
bread
plain flour

method;
3 onion,3 carrot,5 shallot}1
3 garlic,1-2 bay leaf,crushed black paper}2
black mushroom,chicken stock}3
rosemary

saute 1,then 2,then 3,then add rosemary,then blend all together except for the bay leaf,throw the bay leaf before you blend all the ingredients..once everything is smooth,pour back to the sauce pan,then cook it again until boil,once boiling add small amount of *roux..bit by bit..do not put the roux too many at a time,because it can cause the soup to be very2 thick..once everything is done,then add 250ml of cream

-for the croutons;cut the bread into cube,then melt the butter and add 4-5 chop garlic,mix it all and pour at the cube pieces of bread..then heat it in the oven for 5-10min,200 degree..


* roux is the mixture of melted butter with plain flour..(this is usually made for making soup or white sauce,etc..to make it thickened)
method of making roux;
50gm of melted butter or 1tbspoon plus 50gm of plain flour or 1tbspoon,cook till boil..

and now it's serve..dig in...
